Once a year, the heating costs are settled with the advances paid. The apartments are heated by means of district heating.
Ground lease:
The complex is located on land issued in long-term lease by the municipality of Amsterdam. The annual fixed fee for this property is €48.00 per year. The canon can be revised for the first time on December 31, 2035. The General Provisions for Continuous Ground Lease 1955 are in force.
Management and administration are provided by Newomij (financial management) and Intrema (technical management). In general, a members’ meeting is scheduled at least once a year.
